We are back from one of the biggest fintech events of the year, WFIS Kenya, 2023! A visit to WFIS has been a great success. The event was held from 24th May - 25th May 2023 at Kenyatta International Convention Center. DigiPay.Guru was delighted to be present at the event.
We got an amazing opportunity to meet and network with the innovative leaders of the FinTech fraternity. We shared and discussed the existing challenges and how DigiPay.Guru can leverage its skills and expertise for driving innovations and expansions in the digital payment world.
WFIS Kenya
WFIS Kenya was a two-day event with a phenomenal experience of the fintech industry. The event was organized so innovatively and smoothly that one cannot stop appreciating their efforts. It was definitely empowering East Africa's financial hub with the next wave of technologies.
The event was graced by the presence of fintech innovators, investors, venture capitalists, fintech startups, banks, and so many fintech enthusiasts from all over the world. There were 600+ pre-qualified delegates, 150+ leading organizations, 30+ industry experts on stage, and 30+ FSI solution providers at the event.
The event was filled with an action-packed schedule of innovative exhibitions, keynote sessions, conferences with industry experts, and an after-party. People from all over the world came to explore and learn about fintech products and solutions providing futuristic potential while networking and connecting for long-term collaboration.
Some major sponsors, exhibitors, and partners were Mastercard, Crayon, Redington, Pay Stack, Safri Cloud, The Kenya Times, Silicon India, and Startup News.fyi. The sessions and conferences talked about mobile banking as a roadway to limitless banking services, undertakings in banking innovations, the evolution of digital payments - rearing to go cashless, and the role and use cases of AI, ML, and robotics in financial services.
